Welcome to the Mixing Babies And Business™ Community in 2025!

Think of it as a virtual village experience where instead of asking neighbours to borrow their lawn mower or for local babysitting services, you'll be joining a group of parents interested in designing a life that works for them and their family.

A choose-you-own-adventure journey with a goal of:

• Regulating your nervous system
• Embodiment and energy management
• Sourcing support
• Tending to your needs

That's right, I'm declaring it a year of REST.

Because we can't create the change we wish to see, if we're distracted by others' needs 24/7. And from my own lived experiences, I know that it hasn't ever been handed to me – it's often been either forced upon me by an unexpected life event AND/OR I've taken the initiative to break a cycle and tend to my own needs, desires and dreams.

Think of it as a year of digital surprises, hosted by an accidental-turned intentional activist in your ear and inbox as a mentor, accompanied by other parents around the world, investing in in themselves alongside their loved ones.

My name is Amy Lynch, I'm a mum of three Irish-Canadian kids (all under age nine) and we currently live in Ottawa, Canada.

I'll be your guide throughout the year, in this online space powered by intuitive practices, lived experiences, rituals and resources to support you in embodying what mixing babies and business means for you.

I'm inviting you to join us over the next year to reset, recalibrate and refresh.

Over the coming 12 months, we will focus on three key areas to help you make incremental changes and get results in different ways (I embody all of my advice and you can choose your own adventures!) We'll cover how you can tap into and strengthen your intuition, define and communicate your innate gifts and talents, alongside taking aligned action to help you co-create changes in your life and work via:

• A private podcast with episodes released on the 25th day of each month [tune in under 10 minutes each x 12 episodes]
• A monthly one-page resource for self-inquiry to accompany the podcast and go deeper [take 10 minutes to reflect x 12 months]
• A members-only monthly note from me, recapping the pod and resource, to guide you throughout the year [12 x newsletters]
• Quarterly community virtual block parties hosted online in under 25 minutes [4 x virtual events in February, May, August + November 2025]
• A private members-only community hosted via Facebook Group [Accessible year-round in 2025 to connect with others, post Qs, impact goals + celebrate your progress]

This community container is designed as an easy-to-access and flexible option for you to receive grounding, intuitive and wellness focused support for you to continue to BE a parent and professional, in the ways you choose to in 2025 and going forward in the years ahead (less doing, more being).

As we cycle through the seasons and another year, I'm inviting parents to join me in a virtual village experience I'm hosting throughout the year: $25 in 2025.

It will look like making space for magic, more REST to receive, realign and attract.

Rituals to anchor in new adventures you're calling in for the future...embodiment, mindset, processes and routines for parents in biz.

Rest must be claimed, it won't always be given, but it's essential to your work as a changemaker and cycle breaker.

For me, since becoming a parent in 2016 (and accidental activist bringing all three of my kids into business settings) this has looked like:

• learning how to say a good 'NO'
• redefining my desires and values
• being mindful of my energy and resources
• letting a lot of things go...
• dropping balls, doing less, simplifying
• advocating for my needs (on repeat)
• tapping into my intuition AND
• creating space to actually listen to my intuition
• acting in integrity
• and opening myself to receiving all sorts of support, serendipity and manifestation magic

YES I did show up, speak up, create change and create space for myself, my family and others in business settings, over and over again.

But I have also discovered that it has been a combination of learning how to continue to trust in myself, tap into and trust my intuition, commit to the inner AND outer work, honouring my unique abilities and co-creating from a place of not always knowing what will happen but having hope and optimism it is going to turn out better than I imagined.

Spoiler alert: It always does.

Hi, I'm Amy and I believe everyone deserves to design a life that works for them and their family.

I've worked in contract, flexible and remote roles spanning the business, technology, education, arts and creative industries, as both an employee and a freelance contractor in Canada, Australia, Ireland and England over the past two decades. I'm a mum of three Irish-Canadian kids and started working remotely in 2014 to have more location freedom.

Who knew bringing my babies into biz settings and events when I became a parent overseas–blogging and posting about it on social media–would lead to all of this!? I've been bringing my children into business settings since becoming a parent in 2016 and after getting frustrated by a lack of inclusive corporate spaces and programming for primary caregivers, started producing parent-friendly professional development events, digital resources and news.

My flexible work movement has been named one of Canada's Top 100 Recovery Projects in 2020 by Future of Good, a Startup Canada Community and Ecosystem Partner since 2021 and I've spoken on virtual, hybrid and in person stages (with and without my kids) over the years for CreativeMornings, Running Remote Conference, Impact Hub, Women's Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub and Digital Main Street.
